Yusuke Andoh

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Andoh is President and Chief Executive Officer of Nomura Asset Management U.S.A. Inc. following his appointment in April of 2025. Mr. Andoh began his career at Nomura in 2004 in the Global Balanced Asset Management Division. From 2006 to 2009, he was an equity analyst in the Investment Management Department at Nomura Asset Management U.S.A. Inc. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Andoh was a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division at Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd., followed by his appointment from 2011 to 2013 as a fund manager in the Advisory Department, with focus on manager search and sub-advisory business. From 2014 to 2024 Mr. Andoh led different groups within the business development and marketing, product management and wholesale marketing departments. In 2024, Mr. Andoh joined Nomura Asset Management U.S.A. Inc. as an Executive Director and Head of the Japanese Marketing Team. Mr. Andoh has over 20 years of financial, portfolio management and product management experience. Mr. Andoh has a Bachelor degree in Economics from the Hitotsubashi University in Japan, and holds an MBA from New York University.
